[I came back from vacation and left for Worldcon.]

Came back from Worldcon and have two+ weeks of catching up to do. Response time has certainly suffered. So much so that someone who had to wait seven days for a response sent a followup asking about their query — even though our posted response time on my website and DMLA’s is “up to 4 weeks.” Been doing much better than that for quite some time. But vacations, conventions, and holidays do sometimes impact it. So, playing a little catch up but hope to have response times back under a week shortly. Currently oldest query in the queue: August 20th.
