Congratulations to you both! As far as the increase in new clients, I believe you are reaping the benefits of having so much information about publishing available on the internet. Sure, it allows anyone with an idea, a computer, and a bit of free time to submit a query, but it also gives good writers the knowledge they need to get their work seen by the right people.
