You must rent and watch Dr. Strangelove immediately. You cannot be a fully qualified Modern without having seen it.
Hm. [reading on] You should also watch Fargo, but the need is slightly less pressing. And The Seventh Seal. How could it have come in at only 100? Sheesh. Also Amelie, just for fun.
Wow. I’ve seen all but three. I think. Have I told you about my condition?
Speaking of Rashemon, just today got to have a fun conversation with a friend whose work-in-progress turns out to have a similar structure without having been planned that way. Funny how perspective lurks in our subconscious…
So there is another agent with an LJ. I was wondering if I was stepping way out on a limb by doing so. Anyway, one of your clients pointed me this way (Julia…mind if I friend you?
Oh, and I actually use to work with the infamous Laura Anne many many moons ago…must get back in touch with her.
I can’t tell from your first paragraph above whether you’re referring to myself or the client when you ask about friending. Partially, this is because I have no client named Julia, and my name is Jennifer. Despite your confusion, however, I suppose it’s really up to you.
Hmm, I must have goofed. Could have sworn the client who pointed me this way said her name was Julia. Bleh…must get better glasses.
Now you also see why I’m an agent, not an author. I can’t even make sense in a short paragraph.
Not a client, just a friend. 🙂 Yes, this is THAT Julia.
Oh good, so I’m not completely senile yet, just slightly confused. ;^)
